Childcare Waiting List Policy
Thank you for your interest in Kido Heaven Childcare! Due to limited availability, we maintain a waiting list for families seeking enrollment. Below is our official policy regarding the waiting list process.
How Our Waiting List Works
- Joining the List: parents can request to add their child to our waiting list by completing the Waiting List Form and submitting it to us. Each age group may have a separate waitlist.
- Position on the List: placement is determined by the date we receive the completed form. Sibling priority may apply.
- Required Information: families must provide accurate contact details and preferred start dates to be considered.
- Notification of Availability: when a space becomes available, we will contact families in the order they joined the list.
- Response Time: parents have 48 hours to accept an available spot before it is offered to the next family.
- Declining a Spot: if a family declines an available spot twice, they may need to reapply to remain on the list.
- Updating Information: it is the parent’s responsibility to inform us of any changes to their contact details.
- Removal from the List: families will remain on the waiting list unless they notify us in writing that they wish to be removed.
Space Availability
- Openings occur only when a currently enrolled child leaves the program. We cannot guarantee an exact timeframe for availability.
- Spaces may become available at any time during the year, depending on enrollment changes.
- Priority may be given to siblings of currently enrolled children.
Important Notes
- Placement on the waiting list does not guarantee future enrollment.
- There is no fee to join the waiting list.
- If contacted for an open spot, parents must complete the full enrollment process, including submitting required forms and fees.
